Privacy policy

Who we are

CoreDoc is provided by Dr Abi Health (Dr Abinaya Murali). For any privacy query, contact hello.thegynaedoc@gmail.com.

Our privacy approach: your data stays on your device

CoreDoc is designed to be private by default. All information you enter — including questionnaire answers, bladder diary entries, exercise progress, avatar and settings — is stored locally on your own device. We do not collect, transmit, sell or have access to this information. There is no user account and no CoreDoc server that receives your data.

What this means under GDPR / UK GDPR

Third-party services

Some limited processing occurs through the platforms the app runs on, not through CoreDoc:

Children

CoreDoc is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Under UK/EU GDPR you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Because your data is held only on your device, you exercise these rights directly through the app (view, export, edit, delete) or by uninstalling it. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may contact us, and you have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
